WebCami 101: Using Content Snare to send your website content

A man using Content Snare to type website content for SEO keywords, with mountains in the background.

I have been looking for a way to make it easier for clients to send me content for quite some time. In the last few months, I have signed up for a service called Content Snare. I have been testing with a handful of clients and I’m happy to say the tests have been going great! It’s time to roll this out to everyone.

What is Content Snare?

Content Snare is a program that allows me to create requests for information and turns that into an easy to fill out form for my clients.

Why am I using this instead of just emailing back and forth?

I have found that many of my clients feel overwhelmed when putting together their website content. This enables me to give a helping hand in guiding a client through what’s needed and when. Emailing and Dropbox-ing may still occur for some items and smaller projects.

Is Content Snare going to be used for website maintenance requests?

No. I have created an online form through my own website for that purpose.

What if you don’t want to use Content Snare?

I want you to send me your info in the way that’s most comfortable for you!

Do you have to fill out everything?

No! I have created these to be used for multiple website design situations and no one is expected to fill out every field!

If you have questions, just contact me and I’m happy to help you get started with Content Snare.
