Website Redesign Process
What It’s Like to Refresh Your Website
From first review to relaunch, here’s how we’ll bring your site up to date—without starting from scratch.
There’s a plan—and I'll guide you through it.
1. Project Review & Planning
We’ll start by reviewing your current site together. I’ll ask some questions, check the structure, and confirm that a redesign (not a rebuild) is the right fit. If your site has more than 50 pages or a complex setup, a Website Audit may be the best first step.
2. Proposal & Next Steps
After the review, I’ll send a clear proposal outlining your options. If we move forward with a redesign, you’ll know exactly what’s included—no surprises.
3. Site Cloning & Setup
I’ll clone your current WordPress site to hosting hidden from search so we can safely build out the redesign without affecting the live version.
4. Design Direction
Whether we’re keeping your existing styles or creating a fresh new look, we’ll choose a theme that fits your site’s structure and goals. If changes are needed—fonts, colors, or layout tweaks—you’ll review and approve the direction before we move forward.
5. Restyling & Theme Build
Using Beaver Builder, I’ll apply the new design across your pages—adjusting layout, improving readability, and making the site feel refreshed and on-brand.
6. Training & Support
After launch, you’ll get personal training and 30 days of support to fix any issues that come up. You’ll also receive a free month of care plan support.
6. Final Review & Launch
You’ll review the updated site and I’ll make final tweaks. Once approved, I’ll migrate the new design to your hosting and handle the launch.
7. Post-Launch Support
After launch, you’ll get personal training and 30 days of support for any tweaks or fixes that come up. If you’re not already enrolled in a care plan, you’ll receive a free month to get started.
