Real Estate Firm Web Design

A Seattle real estate firm updates website for simplicity and a clean look.

Introducing My Client:

Donald Bastiste, Keith Bruce and Jill McCormick first contacted WebCami Site design in 2013 to build a WordPress website to accompany their main brokerage website.  A year later, we converted Sound Point Real Estate from Graphical Data to a WordPress website as well.

The Task at Hand:

Originally, we created their website with the added feature of an IDX.  Over the years, the popularity of online searches via the NWMLS made the IDX feature less desirable.  We disabled this feature and paired down the website to focus on services and company history.

A Team Approach:

We converted Sound Point's 2014 website from a Genesis theme to the Beaver Builder framework.  We were able to create a careers page to attract area brokers and expand their team.  We also added Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages as well.

Tangible Outcomes:

Page load performance improved dramatically after the IDX was removed. The website's Google Lighthouse scores improved by over 20 points.

A Tip to Consider:

If your website is 3-5 years old, you need to consider a redesign.  Older WordPress themes can create poor page load speed and this will affect your Google rankings.

I'd love to hear more about your website needs.
