Meet my client: Dawn Schaper reached out to WebCami Site Design as the President of the West Seattle Rotary in the Fall of 2020.  Dawn and Cami had met as BNI members many years ago in the West Seattle community.

What was needed: The West Seattle Rotary has been in existence for 70 years and as with many volunteer organizations, their website was in need of a major update. Not only did the design need to be modernized, but the backend software was also outdated and not compatible with many current WordPress upgrades.  This situation can leave a website vulnerable to hacking.

Our solution:  WebCami Site Design assisted the Club in getting its website in tip-top shape with the Beaver Builder framework and theme.  We created a new custom design with an event calendar and made sure the website was easy to view on mobile devices.  WebCami Site Design is also taking over the monthly updates to the website as part of care plan services for the Club.

Proven results:  The Rotary website now has easy-to-find information and easy-to-post features for upcoming events.  With the inevitable return to in-person events in the near future, the new website is bound to be a strong recruiting tool for new members.  They also started integrating Classy for donations.

Remember this!  Your website is the face of your organization.  You can create more interest in your club or organization with a professionally designed website.  If you can offload some of your website tasks as well, you free up time for your volunteers for more pressing projects, like community fundraisers and events.
