Meet my client: "The Junction" refers to the commercial district located at the intersection of California Avenue S.W. and S.W. Alaska Street in West Seattle. In addition to Art Walk, Summer Fest, Outdoor Movies, Harvest Festival, and Hometown Holidays, the West Seattle Junction Association organizes many community events throughout the year.

What was needed: In 2017, The West Seattle Junction Association reached out to WebCami to update their Summer Fest website annually.  In 2019, they decided to update the website theme and create a similar website update for Summer Fest.

Our solution: While a global pandemic prevented a festival from happening, we continued to work on a redesign of the existing WordPress websites and first launched the Junction website in 2020. We upgraded the website to Beaver Builder and changed hosting, too.

Proven results: Both the West Seattle Junction and West Seattle Summer Fest websites are built with the same custom theme, making updating easy for staff.

Remember this! If your organization has more than one website, it's beneficial to design them in a similar fashion to streamline updates.
